Assembly, Integration & Mod Work
The VISION MT assembly team is comprised of engineers, structural & electrical installers and QA for ongoing in-process inspection.
Experienced and certified technicians combine approved parts kits with customer/government furnished equipment (GFE) in order to integrate to the next higher level. With all disciplines represented at our JAX location, VISION MT is able to incorporate evolving design impacts into the finished product, meeting all specs and exceeding compliance standards on-time for the aircraft schedule. Our Methods department follows internal processes that ensure configuration control and proper routing of all subassemblies.
VISION MT utilizes modern scanning technology for parts tracking, accountability and production status updates. Completed assemblies are offered to the GOV customer for on-site PCA or shipped to be evaluated at a final destination after satisfying final inspection and FOD review.
