Kitting & PCA

Completed parts get scanned through final inspection and matched with proper paperwork before being prepped for customer delivery or inventoried and assigned to a larger NHA assembly, rack or integration system being worked in our shop.

VISION MT logisticians schedule and perform a PKI (Physical Kitting Inventory) to ensure that deliverable parts get kitted to the correct NHA and all piece parts are accurately tracked via our ERP system to support on-time delivery.

Our dedicated on-site PCA area provides GOVERNMENT, DCMA and CIVILIAN partners space to conduct final kit and product reviews and first article inspections. All products ship with Certificates of Conformance attesting to QA approval and compliance with all DFARS and Supplier traceability flowdowns.
