Quality Program

VISION Manufacturing Technologies has a AS9100D certified QAP and values meeting the needs of its customers with the highest quality standards above all else. We maintain 100% accountability and traceability of all products from raw material to manufactured goods.

As part of VISION MT Quality Management System (QMS), our inspectors perform in-process inspections on all products and material after every significant manufacturing step.  Work orders are updated and scanned after every production step identifying the artisan and inspector at work.  All blueprints reside on our DOC control/Sharepoint to ensure accuracy and product conformance to latest standards and requirements.  Non-conforming products are isolated and documented in order to track the necessary corrective action to completion.

We invite our GOV and Civilian customers to be on-site for FAI (First Article Inspections) and PCA (Physical Configuration Audits) so there is concurrence on the completeness and correctness of the final product.

VISION MT works with established and approved suppliers familiar with our requirements, standards, and terms and conditions. Certificates of Compliance are provided for all delivered materials.
